Benjamin Kaiser
Owner, Kaiser+Path

Ben brings a unique perspective to urban development, informed by over 20 years of serving as the owner, developer, architect, and general contractor on his projects.
Ben is committed to mass timber construction and knows that it is the future of sustainable development, worldwide. Kaiser+Path designed and built the tallest CLT structure in the United States, Carbon12 and is in the planning stages for the tallest hybrid structure in the world, the Spar.
He, and his partner in the company Emily Dawson, are co-authors for the Mass Timber State of the Industry annual report.
